My method combines teaching, helping clients identify blind spots in their relationships, and developing self-awareness. I also guide people to connect with their bodies through embodiment practices, ensuring transformation is deeply rooted and lasting.

For women, I focus on aligning with their menstrual cycles, embracing their sensuality and sexuality, and opening their hearts to deeper connection. Through online courses and one-on-one sessions, I guide clients to heal, grow, and create the relationships and lives they truly desire.
